These cards are an opportunity for your little one(s) to explore what self-compassion, gratitude and grounding feels like.

Who are they for:

These cards are suitable for children aged 3-12. For younger age groups, we recommend the guidance and assistance in performing the exercises and reading the affirmations. This is a wonderful opportunity for quality time and connection! 

A message from Revie:

“When I was writing the affirmations, I tried to keep a wide range of ages included. As a mother of two myself ( 6 and 3 ) I wanted something my children could have that would grow and evolve with them as they became better at repeating sentences and eventually, able to read independently. I also kept in mind those who may have a wide range of ages within your own home.
