Revie Jane has spent her adult life reprogramming her belief systems to create a content and love filled life. In 2009, Revie learnt about positive affirmations and saw a significant change in her self worth, since then she has utilised affirmations to reaffirm her love for herself.  To this day, Revie relies on daily affirmations to ground herself and remind herself of how worthy she is.

In Revie’s deep and purposeful desire to help others see their worth, she has created the W.O.W Cards in hopes this helps you see you are worthy of love and live life abundantly.

A package of magic for little people. W.O.W Kids Affirmations Cards. 

This playful deck of cards includes 34 positive affirmations and 10 fun exercises. These cards are an opportunity for your little one(s) to explore what self-compassion, gratitude and grounding feels like. Each deck comes in a reusable drawstring bag and contains a little welcome pamphlet. 

“When I was writing the affirmations, I tried to keep a wide range of ages included. As a mother of two myself (4.5 and 2.5) I wanted something my children could have that would grow and evolve with them as they became better at repeating sentences and eventually, able to read independently. I also kept in mind those who may have a wide range of ages within your own home. A 6 week online training program that walks you through Revie’s personal fitness journey, her healthy practices, goal setting and workout breakdowns so you can start the program confidently.

This program includes 4 dynamic and challenging workouts per week that will test your fitness and get you sweaty each time.  All 80+ movements comes with a link to a video demonstration with Revie completing the exercise and all workouts are completable under 40 minutes from warm up to finish! 

All you will need to complete this program is a set of dumbbells, skipping rope and a resistance band would be helpful but not essential to complete it!

This time around, you will find a glossary of workouts that are based upon the time you have available to train. Instead of finding a Monday to Friday pre-scheduled week, you can pick and choose from within the glossary depending on what timeframe you have available.

Whether it’s 15, 25 or 40 minutes, any one of these workouts is designed to put you in the hurt locker and get a good sweat up. We can safely say that some of these may take you by surprise, but rest assured there will be opportunities for you to try and re-test some workouts to prove your increase in fitness!
