Whether it’s 15, 25 or 40 minutes, any one of these workouts is designed to put you in the hurt locker and get a good sweat up. We can safely say that some of these may take you by surprise, but rest assured there will be opportunities for you to try and re-test some workouts to prove your increase in fitness!
