Meal Preparation is without a doubt one of the best tools to support fat loss and muscle tone goals. When I don't meal prep I notice straight away that I don't eat as much and what I do eat is not ideal. Usually it can be take away or sometimes a piece of toast. We have snap chatted our Meal Preps before but since they go away after 24 hours we decided to shoot it for you guy so you can refer back on a much easier format.
