With a decade of experience in the fitness world, Revie, entrepreneur and mama of two, has built a solid reputation for fun, short, yet effective workouts. Owning a gym on the Gold Coast for 6 years alongside her husband Clay, she has coached hundreds of people through different walks of life. In the past few years, Revie’s online community has witnessed her go through the challenging months of returning to fitness after having her two children.
She is commended for her slow and gentle approach getting back to fitness and in this program, Revie shares her 6 week guide into building an able body so that you are ready to take on your next fitness venture with confidence and a good base of strength.

You do not need any experience in fitness to complete this program. Revie has covered every movement in a video demonstration, linked at the end of your ebook.
Start Somewhere e-guide includes:
💗 6 weeks of training incorporating 4 different workouts per week with a warm up before each workout
💗 Video demonstration by Revie for every movement within the program, so that you know how to perform the movement correctly
💗 A video of Revie coaching each of the 4 carefully put together warm-ups so that you are confident when completing your warm-up before each workout
💗 Workout breakdowns so you understand and are confident in how each workout should be performed. e.g. understanding the rep scheme

Start Somewhere is written by Revie and her husband Clay, and tested by Revie herself as she introduced herself back into fitness following the birth of her children. The Start Somewhere guide is not written with the focus that you will burn fat and lose body weight, but moreso gain the strength to be able to perform the most basic movements. This program contributes to Revie’s mission, which is to help people connect and feel self-love, confidence and respect through fitness.
Equipment you need to complete this program:
It would be ideal to have the following equipment, however we have tried to provide alternate options to most movements.
- Resistance Band Easy/ Medium
- Activation Band Easy/ Medium
- Dumbbell 1-3kg
- Barbell (You can use dumbbells for all barbell movements)
- Kettlebell (Light and Medium)
- Medicine Ball (You can use dumbbells for all MB movements)
- It would be great to have access to a cardio machine, such as spin bike, rower, treadmill or crosstrainer, however we have provided an alternate for these movements as well.
