A 6 week online training program that walks you through Revie’s personal fitness journey, her healthy practices, goal setting and workout breakdowns so you can start the program confidently.

This program includes 4 dynamic and challenging workouts per week that will test your fitness and get you sweaty each time.  All 80+ movements comes with a link to a video demonstration with Revie completing the exercise and all workouts are completable under 40 minutes from warm up to finish! 

All you will need to complete this program is a set of dumbbells, skipping rope and a resistance band would be helpful but not essential to complete it!

    Best Home Workout Program

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this program! The Train with Revie Jane 3.0 program gets me moving my body and feeling good while working towards my fitness goals. The workouts are fun, easy to follow, and don’t need a tonne of equipment. The movement glossary with video demonstrations is great for ensuring you’ve got the correct form for each movement. Best of all, the workouts are a sure way to work up a sweat and get the blood pumping. I can see myself repeating this program time and time again!
