Revie Jane + Co is looking for a Virtual Assistant / Community Engagement Officer to join the team.
Our company is looking to hire a contractor on a three month term (with the possibility of extension) as a Virtual Assistant / Community Engagement Officer for our wildly successful program, The Wellness Strategy.
The ideal candidate will directly support Revie in supporting the members of the program as they complete the modules to ensure they are supported, motivated and engaged as they work through the program in live time. Additionally, this role will also have experience with prompt customer service.
Hours:
Approximately 10 - 12 hours per week, commencing immediately until mid-December for approximately three months (after which there may be the possibility of extension)
This includes:
- Coordinating delivery of weekly progress emails to course participants
- Coordinating the program forum and ensuring that it provides a lively source of engagement for members, including co-ordinating prize draws and completion incentives
- Following up with members
- Responding to customer support emails
- Co-ordinating and uploading new bonus material
- Tracking sales data and member progress
- Completing a post-launch debrief report
- Updating sales and marketing collateral such as website pages and the course delivery portal
Preferred experience
- The ideal candidate will have some knowledge and experience within the realm of health, wellness and fitness
- 3 - 5 years experience in online business and marketing
- Exceptional organisational skills and initiative
- Experience with digital platforms - ideally both Shopify, Thinkific and Flodesk
- Experience launching and delivering live programs (including managing forums)
