Revie Jane & Alitah State Content Creator

We’re on the hunt for a creative and organised socials lover to support content execution across our brand channels. This is a three-month opportunity (with the potential to extend into a permanent role) where you'll be working closely with our team to bring our content strategy to life—from shoots and scheduling to captions and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, knows their way around TikTok trends, and has an eye for capturing content that aligns with our brand mission.

Hours:

Approximately 15–20 hours per week, commencing immediately with an initial three-month agreement (with the possibility of extension or permanent hire).

Location:
 Hybrid – in-person shoot sessions as required (Gold Coast based essential) with some remote working hours

This includes:

  • Assisting with content capture for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, BTS, product features)

  • Editing short-form video content that reflects the Alitah State brand tone and visual style

  • Uploading and scheduling content in line with our content calendar and product launches (Planoly experience is a bonus but not essential—we’ll show you the ropes!)

  • Drafting on-brand captions and helping manage community engagement (comment replies, DMs, etc.)

  • Supporting with influencer gifting coordination—including creating briefs and communicating with collaborators

  • Assisting on shoot days and supporting with post-shoot content creation

  • Attending weekly check-ins (remote optional) to align on messaging, upcoming launches and content priorities

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends

  • Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools

  • Comfortable working autonomously and able to jump in where needed

  • Bonus if you have experience in e-commerce or activewear/fashion content

You’re a self-starter who can balance initiative with collaboration, and you’re always looking for ways to elevate the brand through content.
