Start Somewhere is written by Revie and her husband Clay, and tested by Revie herself as she introduced herself back into fitness following the birth of her children. The Start Somewhere guide is not written with the focus that you will burn fat and lose body weight, but moreso gain the strength to be able to perform the most basic movements. This program contributes to Revie’s mission, which is to help people connect and feel self-love, confidence and respect through fitness.

Barbell (You can use dumbbells for all barbell movements)

It would be great to have access to a cardio machine, such as spin bike, rower, treadmill or crosstrainer, however we have provided an alternate for these movements as well.
