The Train with Revie Jane 8 Week Gym Program that she has designed, tailored and tested herself. Revie’s programming features strength work, high intensity interval training and accessory work.
This program has been created for those who have trained within a strength and conditioning facility and are experienced with power lifting and basic gymnastics movements.
The Gym Program does NOT include demonstration videos as this program is for those who are Experienced/ Advanced Strength and Conditioning. If you would like Demonstrations for each movement, please check out our Home Program.
The Train with Revie Jane Gym Program includes:

📝 Fitness Tests at the beginning and end of the program to measure your fitness over the 8 weeks
