Mastering double unders… well, even getting ONE double under get tricky and frustrating. Whip marks, sore calves, I totally get it, I’ve been there but after lots of practice, I can now honestly say I love them!

Double unders are a perfect alternative movement for running if you’re limited to the house or an apartment. They help improve your starting speed, accuracy, power and endurance.

I recommend opening this clip during practice and pausing after each tip to put each cue into action. GOOD LUCK!
